NICEY NICEY CITY COULD BE HERE

Billy Bobbins lived in a nicey nicey city 
Everything was lovely,wonderful and pretty
People were polite always said hello 
No quarrels in this city were ever on show

This nicey nicey city was sunny everyday 
None of that rainy weather got in the way
This city was perfect to live and settle down
Why then can't it be in any other town ?

Doesn't take much to be friendly and polite 
Quarrels are something which isn't right
Who needs days of constant hot sun 
Rainy days in another town are also fun
