Nico- Cody And Teddy

Yesterday we went to do some shopping, at a giant Christmas Fair;
Where we happed upon a vendor, who was selling this so large Teddy Bear!
The moment that we saw him, he made our heavy hearts feel warm;
We felt the soft brown fur around him, and some love began to form!

So, we bought him in an instant, then brought him home to be with us;
We sat him in our Niagara chair, and over him made quite a fuss!
In some way he gave us solace, for our melancholy hearts;
It’s like he represents our Nico and Cody, which both now have had to part!
.
So our Blessed Little Angels, I think we’ve found a special surrogate;
Someone who makes us feel real close again, to our sweet soft dear Soulmates!
Some would call this unconventional, for he does not even breathe;
But, he’s brought joy back to our saddened Souls, and “in him” do we believe!

                                      We bought a Teddy
                           Somehow our Angels came home
                                     Their spirits in him
