Exactly nineteen years ago, this day, two thousand one;
Your doggie Mom had a litter, your precious life begun!
Then exactly three months later, you came into our life;
Bringing total joy and happiness, eliminating strife!

You were sweet as cotton candy, not even one mean bone;
You smothered us with kisses, our love you ever honed!
To hold you was our passion, you slept by us at night;
When morning came, your face we’d see, such a beautiful first sight!

For thirteen years and four months, we shared our hearts and Souls;
But then you had to leave us, not yet fourteen years old!
But we never will forget you, our Angel in the sky;
If only you were here now, we would laugh instead of cry!
