Night sky

Night sky

Dark blues,
Shimmering stars.
Night has no clue,
That it’s beauty is beyond ours.

Bright moon,
Fading sun.
Gaze and swoon,
Ugly it is to none.

Purples and pinks,
Merging.Blending.
Paint it with ink,
As the moon is ascending.

Not the most talented being,
Could capture it’s full grace.
The sight is one unseeing,
Mysteries and memories lost in space.

Gorgeous poem, it really gives the night more meaning and depth. Well done, five stars and pinned for perfection!
