No mean feat

No mean feat

A pen is poised
The paper is placed
My shreds of thought 
I write in haste

Ideas inside my head
Toss and turn 
Betwixt a thread

A line is written
From fabrication
I am lost
Amidst my imagination

I see my character
The roll he plays
He determines what my pen says

Another creation 
Is now complete
My accomplishment
Was no mean feat…
