Nocturnal Nepotism

Nocturnal Nepotism

Deep in the enchanted forest

Mother Nature hides her children

Nocturnal Nepotism

Sequestered in the nights quietude

Laying low by the limbs of the lovely locusts

Wildly wallowing in the wisps of the weeping willows

Her secrets safe from mankind

No path leads in

Her mighty river, a moat

No drawbridge

Her castle impregnable

Her army unbeatable

Her kingdom eternal

Dear Georgina,

I always strive to write a work that is half as beautiful as you.  If I have accomplished that, my poem is a success.  God Bless!

Hugs, Peace and Love,
