Nostalgia

Nostalgia

Reminiscing
Faint memories
Where it
All once began
Cruising through
Dense streets
Of Mumbai

Ignited within
A little spark of joy
For a blissful mind
With an innocent smile

Oh I miss the
Breathtaking beauty
Of monsoon rain
While grown-ups
Seeked cover
Us kids would play

Sometimes
I ponder whether
Times were easier
Through childhood days
For now it seems
Life revolves around pay

From time to time
I still look out the window
And open a chapter
In my nostalgia days
