Not Human
Stupid, stupid, stupidĀ
I'm so stupid!
At least that's what they say anyway
with their noses turned up
their brows down
saying I'm not worthy
that I don't belong,
that they are better,
that I should be ashamed of who I am
just because of my dark eyes,
my black skin
A fool they say,
to think I am equal,
that I matter,
that I am human
I am not equal,
I am an animal
I am a creature
I am nothingĀ
