Not quite what it seems 🤔

I sail whilst seaweed smothers my scaley skin
Where my mindfulness is anchored lost fathoms within
And my two feet are fast flippers like a fish with a fin
As yon oceanic roar is a melodious mandolin..
So I sink and I swim as the aquatic sea birds fly
Sweetly singing a shushed lullaby
To Mermaid tiny tots with teardrops from a cry
Yet as Mr. Moon waxes and wanes then I bid them all my Goodbye..
I am lost in a loveliness of not quite what it seems
Stuck in a rut of repetitive dreams
Paddling through puddles of caviar and creams
Whilst that thunder it rumbles and the downpour it teems...
