Your Mission is now Complete
You Served your country proudly
Bringing Terror and evil to its defeat

You flew up upon the starry skies
and
Though Your plane was shot down over Hanoi
As a true Patriotic Sailor
You Persevered
and would not die

Being a prisoner of war
after a year, 
freedom was purchased for your decree
Yet You refused this political token
enduring four more years of torture
not leaving,
until your men were set free

After Military service
You served our country
In both the House and Senate
Always the voice of reason 
And after 36 years of Tenure
You proved to be one of  Congress's
most Loyal
Tenets

Patriotic Leadership
Doing what is right
