Red Oak Tree

 Red Oak Tree

I stand under the red oak tree,

hiding from the blistering

hot sun, wishing for the

cool breeze to blow my

way and to have this beautiful

shade all day long.

The heat is unbearable, it

is burning my tender skin

like hot fire and the fiery

shining sun gives hot air to

make me sweat and stand

under the red oak tree to enjoy

its shade.

Shade I need you more than

this heat, red oak tree you are my

shelter from the heat of the day.
