Ode To The Beauty Of Fall

Ode To The Beauty Of Fall

Inspired by Tony Taylors powerful poem, Autumn’s Movement

The crispness in the air, is the promise of Fall that nears
The season that is the epitome, the one I love so dear
The trees, once so very verdant, now burst with shades of gold
Their beauty e'er unparalleled, their colors so very bold
.
The air now has a coolness, the omen of brisker nights
The stars now all are sparkling, with September's lovely light
The Winter soon will be here, but we bask in Autumn's love
Each season a gift to humanity, from the Heavens up above
.
.
Autumn is now here
Golden leaves adorn the trees
Briskness of the air

My Dear Brother Poet Tony,

It is so simple, when a great writer such as yourself, creates a path with his beautiful words, that is so easy to follow.  As I told Cherie, between the two of you, I could write books of poetry based on your inspirations.
To be lauded by you, is a great honor.

Love you,
Larry xxx

My Dear Lorna,

What joy you have brought my life, that again gets to ingest your beautiful poetry and Haikus.

The Isle of Green
Shines golden with Autumns love
Even shamrocks turn

I know you are from England, but a large part of your heart is in Ireland.

All my love,
Larry xxx
