Poem -

DEATH OF A GAMER

They say you sleep when your dead
So let It be said
That I’m already dead
I sleep all the time
No motivation in life
All my days meld into one
curtains closed
To block out the sun
No more games do I play
I know theirs fun to be had
But whats the point
When you just feel sad
Ever since she went away
My days on xbox have faded away
As to play you have to be in the right frame of mind
Or your just mindlessly killing with no objective in sight
Please come back to me
I want to be happy
I just want to play
I miss the feel of the pad in my hand
I miss the armies I used to command
All the star ships I used to fly
Are a thing of the past
Just now in my mind’s eye
If you come back I promise I will share
I miss the way you used to stare
With your disgruntled glare
As I played on my beloved gaming chair
I promise I will be fair
Ive bought another pad
Now we can share

think that's only fair
