Off Kilter

Off Kilter

(for a loved one who is having a hard wrestle with mental illness today ā¤)

Broken mind... sailing blind,
clouds bellow with heavy
things we'd left behind

Ā
Images and words of dent,
of confussion and illusion;
nothing that's coherent

Ā
Shameful things and nonesense
crash out as crumbling tongue,
disturbing everyone's ambience

Ā
I know twisted has enlisted
my name on the board of insane:
a crime I once resisted

Ā
My laboratory is wobbly;
tubes and pipes collide
that shouldn't probably

Ā
Broken mind... sailing blind
clouds bellow with heavy
things we'd left behind
Ā
