offering of love
I see what you offering
But Iโm not sure my heart wants to buy
Coz god knows I love you
But I find myself wondering why?
For you know the worst
But you bring out the best I can be
It comes at a cost
But you convince my soul that itโs free.

John! ย Great write!..This write is soย sensitive and delicate. ย Your offering is tentative, unsure and vulnerable. ย Loving always comes with a cost as you must be willing to give in ways that you may not have expected or have no experience in. ย When you are wanted by your lover who "knows the worst" and is willing to love you through the uncertainties, who holds you tight, soul against soul, mind againstย mind, body against body...ย then I say you are a well loved man!
