Decking up the halls in the corner of my room

I imaging you are real with your piney, woody perfume

Though I know you are only imitation, wearing yon shimmering, sparkling costume

And I am truly thankful Christmas tree, you bring back all my memories

From forty four bygone festive seasons, lost amidst my radiant reveries

Awww but I have so many beautiful treasuries

From those Magical moments that only timelessness can freeze

You are so colourful betwixt your glittering glory

Garnished top to toe, where every little decoration tells a story

Mind you I always go over the top with my supererogatory

But dressed up to impress you make me feel so happy with hunky dory…
