OH DAVID
OH David, I closed my eye to get away and fell sleep
And had dream I was walking along road and came to a field of grass
I walked in the field and found a clearing I layed down and look up
In the sky saw clouds passing by, As I watch tham float by I also
Watch the sun go from east to west as I lay here I started to prayerfor you David
And hope God hears me I cryed when heard the news a breeze came up
And the tall grass sawayed in the breezed I could hear the wind blowing
And saw crow flying very peaceful I woke up and opened my eyes
And looked out my window and saw a little cloud passing by
I said hello David you will be missed in the hearts of every one
But never forgotten so peace and love to you my friend David

hay Tony thank you for reading and saying something every day I go down town every day and have coffee with the guys we talk about all kinds of thing but some times it would get silly and didn't mean anything but it would be fun and over the years you get to know every one very well you get to know there life there family and you start become good friends David was great guy very quit didn't say much but did talk and could talk him it was shock when died suddenly and there was nothing wrong with him I went to the service but days befor I was ask to write poem about David so couldn't come up with any thing and the morning of the service I wrote this poem I took to the serices and had it read by one the guys who what to say something after it was read he gave to Davids wife where she said she will keep it for ever and frame it David was the 2 friend I lost 3 mouths my other friend John passed away suddenly and both death have been hard on me trying get over in weeks time that David died I meet ever one in this family and all the other familys that sit with it so odd David brother look so much and acted like david it was erie so Tony thank you reading and saying something say hi to Cherie please peace and love to you both
