Old-fashioned beef stew?

Chefs make cooking so easy, with their cubing and chopping nothing like me with my hacking and dropping, vegetables all over the floor, I throw them in the bin and I seek out some more..but if I was a master of menu and cuisine I could conjure up al la carte if you know what mean
I try my best tossing everything in a pan trying to copy that cookery man..does he have magic fingers? how does he make it look easy?..if I added as much oil, mine would be fatty and greasy..I sit and I listen to all he does say with my head in my hands as I attempt it his way.. so with my recipe in an oven-proof dish, I put it in the oven on 200c then I wish..40 minutes later like the chef told me to do, his looked delicious an old-fashioned beef stew

my old-fashioned beef stew only gives me frustrations..but I mimicked the chef, I did everything that he did.. my dish was exactly like his under the lid..God know’s where I went wrong, I guess I’ll never know, maybes my oven was too hot.. I should have put it on low.. so I shall never be chef with my ‘Michelin star’ the next time I want old-fashined beef stew..I’ll just buy it in a jar
