Poem -
On a wing and a prayer 🙏
If kisses were wishes, we would smother each other
Like a new born babes love from a doting young Mother
But a wish can get waylaid in that moment of time
Lost like an ambition with no reason nor rhyme
Now everyone wishes with a longing intention
Though our hopes in our hearts are not always a mention
So yon aspirations are not always aware
Clandestinely contemplated on a wing and a prayer…🙏
