Hi Tony, I completely agree, it is the effort and work that goes into what we do that defines us. If we are to truly take a long hard look at ourselves we all have room for improvement, but if we work hard and keep going we cant do anymore than that.

I've heard about "Plato's Retreat" (check it out on the net), but not Socrate's, although, I'm not surprised that he could pass for your double, (both physically and spiritually!). And that's the "Universal Truth".
