Once upon a lie

Once upon a lie

Scars paint pictures.
Every stroke precise.
Heavily covered up,
Leaving smartly hidden disguise.

Afflicted relationships broken.
Tears of discomfort strengthening.
Colors start dulling emotionally.
Causing bland pictures.

Professional misgivings build.
Eating all healthy feelings.
Lives no longer perfect,
Cause its build upon lies.
