Our first date was boiling and who would have ever knew that to this day I’d be in love with you, even if you hope I was someone you had already been talking to, love was not in my plans and I didn’t think you would even want to be my man but everything in me wanted to see you again, the smile you left on my face had my mind in a one woman race, I wanted to know more about you but didn’t know who to go through, thinking I would just become a girl in you past or the way you flirted with me wouldn’t last, but our story did end there because my feelings would soon become clear, asking myself will this person love me for me or destroy my inner being, our nights got longer and I was falling for you and I can remember singing our song “its me and you”, you became cathartic to me, a very sweet relief, I played into your hand hoping you would hear my heart speak, you were the one for me and all that I could see but I had to play it smooth because you weren’t like other dudes, see you opened my mind way before you laid between my legs and I really believe that was all in gods plan, you were my sweets and I wanted to play it cool but you were always what I wanted even after high school
