One Half

One Half

In the tides lies the heart, in the tides you must start
Throw away your sense of pride, to start again as if you died
Through the tides, through the tides, co-inside, through the tides
Look inside, walk through your mind,
Feast your eyes on what you find!
A soul of the fullest moon, one half, one half, one half is you!
Now hold your breath, look down deep,
Tell me, boy, what do you see?
A dream, one thing, half of me
A girl, she sings, one half she be!
Through the tides, she sings to me!
One half! one half! the heart of the sea
One half! one half! my lover to be,
My soulmate, my soul, my love, my dream.
