Poem -

Only When You Recede

Oh how utterly clandistine
Is the once night of delectable love
We have unwittingly engaged in a wanton need
When our hearts only want
Why we delve into questionable allocations
That defy our ground is vain
Darling if you dance in the rain
I cannot join you in the sun
Do not let chaotic weather mullify
Our whispering orchids
Darling, it will rain on the best of days
Only when you recede
Can we make our world shine
