~Oppression ~chapter two

~Oppression ~chapter two

Weary head lay down to rest,Β
Family close, truly blessed.Β
New Abode by lush green mead,Β
Dreary past, spectral heed.Β

Nestled fraught midst the sheets,Β
Thoughts erratic, sporadic heart beats.Β
Breathing deeply, sweat on brow,Β
Abruptly sprung, puzzled now!Β

3am, incessant squall, Infant cries, inside i fall,Β
No child of mine, whispers near,Β
In solace mode frozen in fear.Β

Twenty four hours soon to pass,Β
Sprawled in hark to moans & crass.Β
Constant clatter of plates & tray,Β
Emotional heap, I beg and pray.Β

I love anything creepy, ghostly or 'other' Simon. Though iΒ  tend to believe these days, that hell only exists in mankind...i believe the Cosmo to be a welcoming place, though, do any of us know anything??? Enjoyed ?

Thank you Tina my approach was to almost imitate the first as the oppression grows from constant occurrence.Β
