Poem -

Our very own time-warp

Our very own time-warp

How would we cope without our memories ? One little photograph say’s it all !
That important treasured moment hanging proudly on our wall

As we click constanstly with our cameras, sometimes unaware of our captured view, that unsignificant picture shall mean the world to you

Our very own time-warp with a tiny button & a lens freezing a face & age in time of our loved ones & our friends

Today’s technology has made taking photographs easier than ever, isn’t it amazing what a smart phone can do, it really is very clever

As I snap at come what may each & every brand new day,
my small phone let’s me print my shots so my evidence will stay

I adore my abundance of old photographs, which I put in boxes & I hoard, my priceless treasured momentos filling shelves in my cupboard

Where an earth would one be without our memories ?
One minute snapped moment in our time from our valuable histories

i like how you used one of mans oldest art forms to
illustrate the practical usefulness, and amazing convenience
of a modern technological device.

i do believe you just gave the camera a soul.

bravo
