Poem -

Out of Tears

I will listen with sincerity, try to understand your plight,
I will empathize and sympathize, As any old friend might, but,

I'm out of answers and advice, out of reasons that will suffice,
To explain your fallen paradise, and make it all feel better,

We've gone through this, it's on yourself to work through these frustrations,
To understand life's frailties and its lovely imperfections,

I love and hope one day you can, confront and smight your fears,
But, for my own sake, and maybe yours, right now I'm  out of tears.
