Hurting Soul

Hurting Soul

A hurting soul, you should know
Is stormy like the weather
But who would know?
Watch it as it rips the whole
Universe, who’d never know
What is coming from this hurting soul.
You can see it in my broken bones

Now I know you were like sticks and stones
Meant to break me but how could I know
Didn't know, do you know?
You knew it’d hurt me if you threw a stone…
In this case I would’ve never known
Did you love me was it all for show?
I know you  meant to break a happy home.
