‘Outside the box’

There goes that invisible
killer once again.. I hear such anxiety driving her insane.. and I can see yon heartbreaking with an insufferable pain.. 

Alas this malignant murderer gets us in a mess.. Yes you guessed correctly.. I am talking about STRESS!!

One can see when it lingers and know’s where it has been as it gnaws away secretly so cannot be seen..

A nuisance of a nervousness that will simply not go away!! An agonising awfulness that is always dismay!!

Stress is the soul reason for Oh so many ailments whilst it sends sinister signals of damaged derailments

An infestation of a plague in our head that manifests out of proportion as one lies fretting in bed..

Ahh that uncontrollable, unmanageable obsession.. making us think ‘Outside the box’ and our reason for depression!!!
