Some days, I cry
Alone,
For the pain
Has taken me away,
To a place
Where my manly disposition
Is no longer,
Even in the game.
And the spinal stimulation
Festering,
Driving me insane.
With the simplicity
Of pain's
Greedy imposition,
Forcing a decision,
To fall to my knees
And pray,
That tomorrow
Brings, the feathery lightness
Of hope's
Angelic way.....
