Poem -
Painful Romance
I lay besieged,
What is your intent?
Watchful from afar,
Draped in silhouette,
My lungs collapse,
I lay remnant,
Solemn intrudes,
Upon my regret.
Riveted,
Clasped,
Intrigued by your notion,
Tears fall,
I weep for thee.
Restless soul,
You have my devotion,
I stray to you
And lay waste to me.
I stand,
I give,
I seek torment,
I endure,
I'm lured,
Annul of my senses.
Erratic,
Realistic,
I'm vulnerable,
Pursued,
Subdued,
Unsure,
Delusion commences.
Enshroud,
I search,
Unsettled,
I flee,
I return,
Intrigued,
Eager to see.
My rythm,
Tis' truthful,
Unable to lie,
My mind,
I question,
Reluctant,
I try.
