Part two of the distance between love and imagination. Her perspective.

Part two of the distance between love and imagination. Her perspective.

Introduction: This gives the reader a chance to read the connection between both poems. Him and Her. The reader will now read about her feelings and love towards him.

The distance between love and imagination.

Part one. Her

His strength would complement my weakness. He would inspire me to slow down, help me silent the doubt. I remember looking out my window for months, daring my self to move.

The distance was like broken glass and I was tippy toeing backwards.

Every time we got closer and closer, we crashed.

We were like bumper cars. I can still feel him searching for me.

I knew he would start with the sky.

My tears are like falling stars colliding into his world, spinning him around and around.

We never stood a chance.  It's cold here, I feel like a flower without sun, clinging to life.

The clouds move in and I'm alone, dancing weightless like a shipwreck by the shoreline waiting to see his face through the horizon.

Part two. Her

The moon is bright, it shines off the ocean stripping it to its beauty leaving a little chill in the air. The season has come to an end and I can still hear his voice. The fear in it was as loud as rock that would  hit shallow water. He knew I wanted to run.

So he took my hand and we pretended to

dance through life. I'd sing to him, he would hold me tight as if forever wasn't long enough. It was a beautiful dream. But it was only dream. I opened my eyes and the silence was so loud it shook the ocean causing it sigh. It was like watching violent waves crashing.

Part 3 Her

I never heard this song before. It was one without words. No color. And yet everything was beautiful. I didn't want to dance,I didn't want to run. I felt warm like a sunrise over a strawberry field. Was this love? Or was this my imagination. I reached for his hand one last time and heard his heart beat.

It was like thunder echoing in a valley.

I remember now, he was but a breathe. I closed my eyes and he was miles away.
