Pash

May I flirt: a velvet night—so silent? And rapture, my sated
Glory. In truth, such glamour—a sin, a fatal cry. I perish to
Unbolt passion—alive—an image torn. Allay the nightmare,
My sore amaze—for anxious heart, a sudden tear. And such
Apex—a smitten sun, a lonely flame. For sightless beauty,
Astounds the soul; and feature beauty, a psyche wet. I’m
Sure to blunder, a faceless mess; for such is pash—a heart’s
Arrest. And goddess myth, affects—the stars; and satyr love,
A sickle scar. Thus aflame, a chiseled rose, an idol fair—my
Fiction bold. But fate design, a sphinxly queen, a pensive
Soul, a walking dream. My tempest love, to float the air, a
Subtle flirt, a raven’s hair. And camera shy, a beauty deep,
A faint façade, a cryptic heat. But such is love, a pash affect,
A torrid thought, a woman’s depth.
