A Penship Sets Sail

A Penship Sets Sail

I had a pen,
Held it in my hand,
Pressed the button on top,
Out came the tip.

Pen became friend,
Ink became a link,
Between two worlds,
Mind with page, unity.

Words flow out,
A river, rapids,
Flowing with me
Carrying me

I see the edge,
It's not the end,
Only the beginning
'Round the river bend,

I follow my pen.
