Poem -

perfection?

perfection? who's perfect? you? me? our family tree?

I don't know any one who's perfect? do you?

perfection has boundaries, no freedom of choice.

no way, no decision to use your very own voice.

I'm not perfect, your mom, your dad, nor your brother or sister. they're not perfect either.

but who is perfect?

no one is, can't you see it?

not the president, not the prime minister.

not your friend tod.

but I'll tell you who is perfect.

spirit, Jesus, God.

you may not see it now, you may not choose to look at it as fact.

but the evidence is there, it may even take your fancy some day.

but in the end, regardless of the info I give you.

the choice is yours to make.

not mine, not your mom or dad or brother or sister.

not the president or prime minister.

not your friend named Tod.

but the decision is between you and God.
