In May 2012, we visited Kashmir Valley, very peaceful
Day temperature is comfortable, enjoyable, cool, cool
By a tourist bus, we started from Srinagar to Gulmarg
On the way, we visited the Betab valley in Anantnag
A  Nature Park with a gorgeous expanse of river Lidder
Surrounded by lush green meadows, tall trees, Chinars
A dream woven of Willows, Poplars, nice mountain peaks
Covered by snowcaps making as a paradise picturesque 
On the slopes of the mountains and the green meadows
Decorated with wildflowers; trees crafted in beautiful rows
On the basin of the river park where thronged the visitors
Hawkers approached with woolen cloths, shawl, sweaters
People of Jammu and Kashmir blessed by the Tourism Industry
And from all over the world, visitors throng to enjoy the beauty
