We said goodbye two years ago

I didn't realise until now I was still holding on.

I think after two years I should be letting go

because within two weeks after goodbye

you were already having fun.

Without realising I've already started letting go

I've taken the first few steps of putting my hart back together.

It took me two years to find most of the scattered microscopic pieces

of my broken heart in the rain.

And once I've found the rest of those

microscopic pieces and completed the 3D puzzle of my heat

I'll be ready to make a new start and love again.
