Planets in depression

Ripples

Soft hum of the day strolled over heavens feast
its flesh corrupted medicated jungle shivers
echoed in every joint
as the lumbering robotic stainless soul sat on the edge of the earthly hole

silent shouting star’s peered
Across vast mountain shoulders
answers they had none
as flashing cords of silver light played a rock harmony on tiny hollow bones
horned exploding steel stallions
highways reeling to the dreadful tunes

Examining himself the faulted thought wondered if light would search his remains for saints and gifts
how we polish the gilded surface.

yet we all spin spin
and spin
