Planter fasciitis

Planter fasciitis is a pain i can't explain 
it's a pain that so excruciating.
When i wake up in the morning and try put my foot on the floor 
I scream and shout as this pain i cant take no more.

I go to the doctors they say again what it is 
and send me to the physio  and they say do this

I buy so many shoes and trainers  to see if it would help 
I try and stretch my heal out i even use a belt
but not even doing that is a help

Painkiller or rubs  none is good  for me
Just have to sit with my foot up on the settee 

so now i try to meditate dont focus on the pain
just give it to the universe and let it take the strain .
