PLAYGROUND IN UKRAINE

There is a school playground just by the trees 
Innocent children playing in the autumn breeze
Haven't a care and are so eager to learn 
Happy with smiles they give back in return 

This school however is like none I know
Located in Ukraine the trees still grow 
Soon to be a target for a Russian blast 
Innocent lives would be lost so fast 

Smiles of children now replaced with tears 
Innocence quickly gone and soon disappears
The school playground once a most happy place
Now a pile of rubble disappeared without trace
