It makes me vulnerable
And feel brave
And feel grateful
Just to be able to write at all
It helps me sleep
And cry
Feel proud and lonely
(I dream of it)
It makes me
Want
To get up in the morning
But mostly
I can't LIVE
Without poet
Being....

Awesome write T every poet should relate to this i really do. Poetry acts like a crutch for me to lean on in hard and depressing times and such a spirit lifting moment when you have written something in times of joy and contentment. All stars to you T the poet being.
