Poetry in the sun 🌞

Poetry in the sun 🌞

As I huddle in my hammock just as this early morning has begun

Underneath that cloudless blue cobalt sky with such a beautiful bright currant bun

My thoughts drift away to think my poetry in the sun...
                                ~
I lie on my back listening to yon good old Mother nature, her chirping little feathered friends are our familiar feature

And I thank my lucky stars to live alongside this lovely creature

There is a magpie just up above me in an old oak tree, teehee he is a right little screecher...
                               ~
Penning poetically in the sun is so easy to do

Chillaxing in my garden with such a wonderful view

It is so amazing how many different species of busy birds bustle out of the blue

As they flit on and off my bird table in no orderly queue...
