A Pointless Poem

I can't sleep
So i lie in bed
Trying to defeat
Everything in my head

Listen to music
Stare into darkness
I feel sick
I feel like a mess

What should i do
How do you know what's right
How can you tell what's true
When you can't even find the light

Spinning and making no sense
An open field with no fence
The thoughts in my mind
None of the same kind

What's going on
Is there something wrong
I don't know
I just keep going to and fro 

I'm getting nowhere 
This was just a pointless poem
Still nothing is clear
My thoughts just continue to roam
