Poem -

Polly and Layla

Layla sits upon her bed, of mossy grass and small blue flower heads.

And thinks of past times enjoying similar natural surroundings with cherished friends.

Sometimes when Layla sits she wishes they were there.

Other times she stays comforted by the solace of just she and her golden hair.

Layla has a cat names Polly.  She is the most beautiful, coy cat she has ever seen.

Polly loves Layla, her own best friend right from her fairytale-cat dreams.

As Polly purrs at the foot of Layla's chamber before slumber,

Layla relaxes to the purrs of her feline of friendship and comfort <3
