In one's final desperation
There is nothing
Just, a lone
Island of trust
The belief in his glorious evolution
Naked in unknown darkness
On my knees
I pray hard
As I cry alone
In pools of faith
And in the Holy Water
Streaming down my face
I taste the fear of loneliness
And still the pain
Takes me into its oblivion
Where His flame
Warms the way
Into the death of me
And the resurrection
Of my faith
Born of that very loneliness
And pain
Affording me that very hope
That I shall live and love again
Without the pain
And the glory
Which these tribulations
Have bestowed upon me
And leap as joyousness
Propelled
Through his heart
And the pools of faith
Provided unselfishly
By
His Loving grace.......

Hi t God is always watching over you through your pain and hurt. I dealt a different type of pain the last 2 years of my marriage. Â It took a such hit on me . It took me over a year just to recover but God was always with when I was in a dark place. I feel your hurt and pain in this write. Â My thoughts and prayers are with you . Hugs to you hrlÂ

Heart rending. Dramatic. An emotional experience which I also found strangely inspirational !
It is at the worst times or when we feel at our weakest that a new strength appears. It is a paradox that this strength should appear when you think all is lost and you feel like giving in ! It is like a second wind.
That second wind my friend is what old timers call character ! Believe tomorrow will be better than today and weirdly it is often so. You draw on your inner reserves to improve your lot !
Faith allows those inner reserves to be substantial !
