Positivity please?

In a small hollow of my mind
Tho I don’t wish to appear unkind
I get so weary of the gloom
Whilst watching tv in my room

It does not do us any good
Making us depressed & in a mood
Listening to news of tales of woe
We really need more highs not low

Lets brighten up, so make news cheery
Omit the darkened ones so dreary

This should benifit all human kind
Positivity would help the weary soul to unwind
So Mr Newsman when you can
Please think about your Fellowman

Read us news that lifts our thought
Not the badness in our world
So wrought
