Potty Training

Potty Training

I’m crawling on the floor and I give my face a frown,
my mother quickly grabs me and pulls my nappy down

I sit upon the plastic, which she has made my loo,
she’s hoping I will pee, but I really want a pooh

She looks into the plastic seat and sees I’ve done a wee,
she claps her hands, shows my dad,  who smiles and drinks his tea

I try to reach my favourite toy and stretch to far in pain,
she mistakes it for a peeing face and does it all again

Will she ever let me, keep my nappy on,
instead of all in sundry staring at my bum

She plonks me on some plastic, its cold upon my botty
, the crazy women’s done it again and placed me on my potty
