Pow!

"Everything's out to kill us baby!"

Her paranoia was forgivable

"Faultlines quake"

Indeed they do

Viruses shake the air

"Poisons dilute our aquaducts"

Gravity threatens to crush

Our bones shrivel crumbward

Oxygen gives and takes back double

It burns

it licks the landscape bare

It corrodes our minds

Ravages by beast by time

delirium back teary em

creeping up my spine

"I'm telling you baby, we're really in trouble!"

But I'd just smile in that flow

play along with the radio glow

Dine on glucose and cheesy champaigne

Munch on plastic coated creampuffs

and zesty pesty side salads

Add filter fire to the sum

And blow out my luck just to stay

insane is our lot

unless we smoke pot

War and famine and mental

break dunce won't end the mortal

there's no exit port

all is sliding at us

Some bowled fast others slow

Her paranoia was forgivable

I'd just smile in the flow

play along with the radio glow

And then there was us

ruthless and fatal

Weapon sharp as a qwark

under the radar of lazer eyes

Slicing away at life after life

What they'd said about stones

about bones got knix

the mirrors shattered and fell

into the styx

this

atomic
