THE POWER OF THE MIND 
Circumstances are far more complexed 
Than one can imagine 
I have visit places in thought 
And experienced its heavenly beauty 
And hellish torment.
Funny how the mind 
Can take you beyond 
Every rational idea 
And train of thought.
I am weak 
Frail as the driven chaff
Uneducated, undesirable 
And without knowledge 
Of the complexity of the universe.
Yet, I can travel at the speed of light 
Faster than sound 
And return in an instant
While being stationary 
In my living room chair.
My mind takes me to places
Of my desire 
I can have whatever I wish 
If only in my mind.
Thus, I am satisfied 
Not with my educational status 
Or academic achievements 
But rather, 
With the power of my mind.
