PRAYERS FOR TEXAS
Houston we have problem the wind and the rain has come to your city,Oh dear  what can you do your world is in  black and I am feeling blue, Lets all prayer for for Texas,Houston we have a problem the floods are so high lets all say prayer, please give blood, please give some money please help out if you can be there as much as you can and if you can go and help please do if not please prayer for every one and if do GOD bless you, Â

The warnings that have been put in place were ignored by thousands of people...
They put themselves and rescuers in absolute danger...
I understand those that may have had no way out of another place to go...
The ones who stayed to ride it out for the excitement or because of their stuff...
Yes, People have stayed in a cat 2 hurricane with rain lots of wind and typical outages...
This was a cat 4 hurricane with reports of 50" of rain...
People who decided to stay and ride out the storm were told to write their social security numbers on their arms for body identification...
Children and animals were all put at risk...
They had no choice...
When oh when will people value their lives and the lives of others over things?

sparrowsong the gov told tham to stay the gov didn't think it would be bad its not the pleape flat and I just gave $20 I hope you do the same and help out

As major as this storm was showing from Colorado would you listen to the government concerning your livelihood?
I don't trust my livelihood to them when the weather's clear...

No that wasn't really my question...
Coloradians pay attention to the weather...
We have to pay closer attention than most because it changes so much here...
No offense but the people who listen to the government here mostly are those that are supported by them...
Thank you for your diligence and bravery concerning this...
When we reach 60 below 0 believe the government doesn't offer us any advice...
We offer the survival advice to the newbies...
When we are lucky enough to meet them...
I tell people if you're going to leave, leave no later than the end of December...
Don't return before March...
If they're staying we give them all the tips we can because many of us never received any advice...
